Berkeley School is a rather unique type of school. Now unique could mean two things exactly, its good cause it’s different, or it’s complete bad. In Berkeley, the facilities are very disappointing, and it lacks strength in its foundation. It should also be noted that the school has some hazardous parts, like in one corridor where wood and glass are in a shrapnel like shape, allowing accidents to be bound to happen.

Concerning the canteen, the food are always repeated, like fried chicken. So if the students always face the same menu, then they will get sick and tired of it.

It should be noted that some of the school’s teachers are resigning without finishing the school year. Note that almost a handful of teacher resign before making a full two school years. Thus making this a problem inside the school’s administration.

Those are the downsides of the school, but the school this year is not that boring, for the teachers that applied are very fun to be with, and even though they are fun to be with, they are still keeping a professional attitude with the students. However, favoritism is sometimes exhibited by some of the teachers.

There are times where we fall, and there are times where we will never get back up, thinking that all our efforts are futile. That’s life. It’s never easy to begin with. Every day, we’re in a tight space, showing a fake smile, a pleasant gesture, and positive emotions. Just to keep them away. Sometimes, we had enough of it all, contemplating whether or not, death is the answer. People love life. That’s the truth…

However, deep inside, the sorrow crawls beneath our skin, wanting to shred the layer and go out. We show that emotion, time after time, until we get sick of it all. Some people may give us advise that we should never express our problems. Those people are bitter, not knowing the truth. Showing a fake smile, just to make others happy? I want to laugh. We’re not born martyrs, nor are we born to suffer for other people, but if that is the choice you make, then who am I judge. We must grasped our own conviction in life, less we fall and continue to follow a false cause till death.
